Is there a way to change between MDL and regular drumline soundfonts?
Is as title says, I want to be able to switch between, for example, MDL_SnareLine and Marching Snare mid-score. I don't like the MDL version in quiet sections, or the original version in louder parts. Is there a way to switch between them?

Sort of. You can use an Instrument Change element from the text palette to change instruments (see Handbook for more info on instrument changes). But it will probably be up to you to create a compatible drumset definition so the sections match in appearance for the same sounds.
