play from beginning until verse 1 completed at bar 20 D.S.
go back to sign $ and playback 2nd verse but it did not go to bar 21 instead it goto bar 20 then stop.
start playing anything from bar 21 is also impossible.
export this as musicxml and tried other notation program such as Forte and Finale work though.

In order to assist we would need you to attach your score.
Thx. I thought I already did that.
Will do it later then.

here is the file. thanks!
FYI, you attached a backup file, not the actual score. You can tell the backup file because the name starts with a period and ends with a comma. Normally it's hidden so you wouldn't even see it. Anyhow, even from the backup file, I think I can tell what is happening.
Your score contains some errors that prevent playback from working as you presumably intend. Main one is that you have voltas but no repeats. Voiltas aren't used with DS, instead that's what codas are for. So MuseScore is getting confused just as a human musician would. Also, your second ending is repeated on every staff, normally it should appear on only the top staff, This doesn't cause a playback problem, though. Also, the Alto staff is sett to hide the system barline for some reason, that is messing up the layout but also doesn't affect playback.
In the future, be aware that the Support forum is the better place to ask for help.

Thanks!
I spot it latter. I got this piece from my choir director.

Thanks for your reply.
Do not undeestand your second point though. Second ending is SATB 4 parts with different notes so how can it only shien on top staff?
That's just how music is normally printed - voltas, like tempo markings, DS, and similar symbols - are only present on the top staff normally. If you generate individual parts from a score, MuseScore knows to copy these markings to each part.

Thanks again, the music score is imported by a xml file generated from another program from my choir director.
May be there is something wrong during import.
