Musescore 3.0 continuous view playback not working
When I try to playback in continuous view, the playback just sustains the note that I selected, and the highlighted portion doesn't move. It is very frustrating because page view doesn't allow me to see all the instruments, and single page is very annoying to maneuver. This results in me needing to constantly switch views.

In order to understand the specific issue with your particular score, we would need you to attach it. I might guess there is an invisible tempo marking stalling the playback.
But, you certainly don't need to use continuous view just to see all your instruments. If they don't fit on the pahe given your current page size and current staff size, you simply need smaller staves or a bigger page. Both settings are in Format / Page Settings. If you don't have a large format or arne't planning to use one, probably better to keep the default page size and just shrink the staff size.
