Sound

Good morning!
I have been a MouseScore user recently. I have a problem with sound. I don't know what is causing the problem. I tried to play in wireless headphones, in wired headphones, wired speaker and on computer speakers. Nothing worked. After searching the settings it started working, then again not.
I'm a teenager, so my English is not yet fully polished, I am sorry for the language mistakes.
