Measure z, voice x, n-th line lyrics syllable does not get copied over to clipboard whenever measure z, voice x, 1st line lyrics is not present.

See #330017: "Copy lyrics to clipboard" drops syllables if there is none at that spot in the previous verse
(here I'm marking the older issue as a duplicate as the younger has a lot more analysis)
