I can't upload onto MuseScore. It doesn't respond.

I can still upload 1 more score but nothing's happening. I had 5 scores, I deleted the most recent one and wanted to reupload a score. I even tried dragging the file directly onto the box and changing the arrangement of my Windows's list.
Is there a temporary problem with the server or is it just me?

My MuseScore file is actually in Japanese, is that why?
