entering & playing cross-staff notation
Any help will be valuable how to
1) enter these measures (3 and 4) into staff
2) use RH and LH to play them

Something like that. But I copy without knowing what :(
I used Voices (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/voices ) and lines (from Inspector deselected Automatic Placement).
