MuseScore Pro has to do with the musescore.com website. Having any kind of membership on the musescore.com website has nothing whatsoever to do with the MuseScore Studio application, which we deal with here on musescore.org forums.
The mobile app is a different thing and it is supported on the musescore.com forums.
