Musescore Pro is being weird

I just bought musescore pro for a year and it said the transaction went through. It worked for a bit as I was able to download scores into the app, but something odd happened and I suddenly did not have the benefits of musescore pro. It doesn't say I'm a pro member anymore even though I paid for it. When I use the musescore app on my phone though, I'm still a pro member. This is confusing.
