Scores longer than 10 minutes

I have written two pieces which are 15-17 minutes. I uploaded them, clicked on send to youtube but the videos are still not appearing in my channel. Does someone know what’s the problem? Is it about the score or is there a limit for the scores which will be uploaded in to youtube?
