crashed file

Hello. I have been working on this piece for about 2 days, but an hour ago, after I saved the piece, the computer suddenly shut down because of errors. After that, I can no longer open the file as it says "loading error". Can anyone help me or at least give me back the code so that I can reconstruct the song?
