Do you have the MDL extension installed? If so, just be sure to use the MDL bass drum instrument and it should be one of the options there in the palette. If not, considering installing it via Help / Resource Manager, and looking up further info about it online. Otherwise, you will need to find and install a soundfont that contains the sound you need, then edit your drumset definition for the bass drum staff to include a note for that sound. You can find info on soundfonts and drum notation in the Handbook.
