Add soundfond Afterwards the comosition with piano and flute play only piano sound.
Start with musescore 3 version 3.4.2. 9788
Add YDP-GrandPiano-20160804.sf2 sound font
Ad it to the Syntesizer (stel in als standaard)
afterwards my composition With flute and piano play only with the piano sound.
Selecting the standard soundfond doesnot solve the problem

Play normal with flute sound
The file that I loadup to the site give local on Musescore 3 the same problem.
Supose the problem is local in my Musescore 3 application.

a) you attached a backup score (leading dot, trailing comma), not your latest version
b) did you left the default soundfont in the list first, or if nor, did you rearragend the sound in mixer? Needed because I think YDP-GrandPiano-20160804.sf2 is not GM compatible, but just for Piano

a) sorry to sent the bacup below the compressed file
b) I did not delete the defalt sounfont
Rearange?? I only change the propertys of the syntesizer tabs to obtain the best sound and select [stel in als standaard]
How you do rearange the sound mixer......
What means GM compartible....
c) You asked did you upload (what ....)including score audio

Now I understand you mean upload the score to Musescore.org
The file on musescore.org was uploaded before i add the soudfont in the Syntesizer.
Evreything work well on musescore.org.
I think I have only a local problem with Musescore 3

In what order do you have the soundfont listed in Synthesizer?
Are the sounds in Miixer set up right?

Dear Jojo,
I was loking for some errors in the sythesizer
Found that if you select the general soundfond or the other The additional soundfond
the [stel in als standard] button is only grey.
Don't know why but saw 1 time the button was black and i could pusch it with the mouse
afterwards nothing changed.....

Have good news. problem solved!
Found what setting cause the flute sound disapears (only piano)
Is was located in the mixer:
when select the flute volume bar
In the sound window Flute Expr. was selected
If you select Flute the sound is back
Strange is that i did not open or change the mixer before the flute sound disapear....
The setting was changed by Musescore it selve (maybe because the memoryspace of my labtop was critical?) during converting the new piano soundfond
