Measure spans width of page
Sometimes I end up with a measure that spans the full width of the page. The layout stretch has no effect. Any suggestions how to make it normal. Thanks for the help.

Append an horizontal frame?
Remove the System break?
Definitely remove the system break - the icon you see above the barline.
