Lead sheet question: Joined staffs and single staffs

Hi all!

I was wondering if it was possible to make a lead sheet that went from a single lined staff to a joined staff, then back to a single lined staff again. I know that was poorly worded and convoluted, so I've added a picture to show what I'm asking about.
