Using Mac Catalina, latest version can't get Drumline Master Palette to appear to use. I have downloaded MuseScore latest version for Mac.

More specifically (sorry) MDL is set, but Battery and Front Ensemble does not appear in Master Palette.

I don't think they are supposed to show in the "Master Palette". If you are trying to add the instruments, that is in Edit / Instruments (or File / New, which is also where you will find the templates). if you mean you are tryng to add notes, the drum palette does not appear until you select a staff and enter note input mode.
