Video score

Hello, every time when I ask for video score, I'm receiving a video with the whole score music in the screen in very small size without the piano view (See videoescore_6009959), and when I ask for piano tutorial, i'm receiving a video with a piano view and vertical bars falling (See videotutorial_6009959). I don't want both of them. I want a video with a bigger size score in it and the piano joined together in the video (See videoescore_5997893). I received correctly video in past time, but now I'm receiving wrongly in my e-mail address. Could you please help me.
