Stuck on WIndows Installer when trying to open

I tried to launch Musescore, but then it starts trying to install a Yamaha Steinburg USB Driver. The alert shown pops up and when I click okay it just gets stuck on a "Preparing to Download" pop up. I got a Yamaha interface not too long and had to install a driver for it so I'm guessing that's what's causing this I just don't know why it's happening or how I can fix it.
