Convert sheet music picture to MuseScore?

Is it possible to upload a picture (JPG, PNG, etc) of a score to MuseScore and have the program decipher it and convert to an editable score? For example, my friend posted this, and it's too complex for me to play, but I'd like to know what it sounds like.

Entering these 5 measures times 2 staves takes about 5 minutes in MuseScore.

That picture even seems to be a screenshot from MuseScore, so youi have it in MuseScore already apparently?

No, got it from a friend I had asked to fill out a simple melody.
I did end up putting it in manually, but as a beginner it took me more like 15 minutes. Just wondered if there was a faster way for the machine to convert for me.

If it isn't it a MuseScore file, where the best way is to share the mscz file itself, MuseScore has an option to import pdf files.
But really, it's easy to enter these notes with MuseScore in a short time. If you don't be afraid of learning the shortcuts for measure durations, note pitches and chords (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/note-input), to figure out to add the tempo and swing (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tempo, https://musescore.org/en/handbook/swing) - easy in the same way using the mouse input, once you get used to it.

Welcome aboard...
As Jojo remarked, the picture you posted looks like it may have been an image taken of a score opened/created in MuseScore. The small markings which I have circled in red are a hint:

If your friend sends you the MuseScore (.mscz) file itself - not a picture - you would be able to open it yourself instead of transcribing manually, although 15 minutes is not bad for a beginner
Even if your friend uses some other notation software, (s)he may be able to export it as MusicXML - which can also be opened with MuseScore.
