Refund Difficulties

Musescore has a very frustrating refund policy! I canceled my free trial, but something didn't work right so I ended up getting charged $49 for the year-long subscription, which I will not use at all. They are refusing to give me a full refund and still charging me for a month!! Extraordinarily poor customer service!
