Syncing score with parts and vice versa?
When I add, say, a Rehearsal Mark, in the score, and/or change, say, the text type or colour of a particular text in the score, how do I make these additions or changes automatically appear in all parts? Also vice versa from
parts to score?
Having said that, how do I stop additions and/or changes to any particular part from automatically appearing in the score or on the other parts?

You don't, except manually. The rehearsal mark itself is content and as such synced between score and parts, the color is layout ans as such not synced. As is visibility, so just apply that to those elements you don't want to see in one or the other.
In general, don't create parts until you are done with the basic score entry. Then the parts will automatically inherit all content as well as at least "some" formatting (that which has been decided based on a few years of user feedback). After that, content changes - like the letter used in the rehearsal mark are synced, formatting changes (like the size) are not. And normally that's exactly as one would want. If you have a specific example where you have a special need to override the default in some particular case, you can make the change manually in both places, or use a second element, with one visible in the score, one in the part.
