Why do you want to? Is there some musical convention that I know nothing about?

There was some piece written in 1914 that has it and I think one of the clarinets in Annie (but only on the conductor score).
In the Symbols palette, type 'triple" in the search box:

(Playback will have to be 'faked' by trickery ;-)

And the “trickery“ requires going into Inspector and ticking the (seldom-uesd) Fix to line box. Then you have to adjust the value until the note sits on the correct line.
