Payed for Pro subscription, but do not get access

I payed for a Pro subscription, but the Musescore site does not recognize my subscription.
It keep inviting to subscribe.
What do I miss?

That’s not really a helpful answer…
I have the same issue. Paid for subscription and sometimes the app will recognize my purchase but most of the time it just sends me to a screen to ‘upgrade to pro’. When I access the site via a browser, it doesn’t have any issues allowing me to access pro-content.
