Restore file

MuseScore quit repeatedly and when I reopened it for the second or third time I lost about an hour of work. I tried looking in the back ups: ~/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore3/ and saw my current session listed which opened up code. The .mscz files listed above it were outdated and were not in two minute intervals per the autosave specifications in my settings. I do see a .mscz file from this afternoon but that is a different file than what was lost. Whit I need is called "sketch for strings." Please help me recover this work from today April 8th- the most recent save should have been around 2:30pm EST. Thanks.
