Is there a way to disable dragging notes?

The mouse on my laptop keyboard is a little wonky, and I keep inadvertently clicking on a note and dragging it up or down three octaves. It's not a huge problem, I can just undo it, but it's getting annoying.

So is there a way to disable the ability to drag notes? I've never used it so I won't miss it.
