Clarify "add linked staff" in instrument dialog

The concept of linked staves is not very clear in the instrument dialog. See this issue
possible solution: add a tooltip.

other solution: completely remove the "add linked staff" button and show a

checkboxunder the "linked" column.there is general improvements that could be done in this dialog though.
1) the tree widget on the right should react to the delete key
2) things should be draggable (from left to right and up and down)
oh, I just remembered that the dialog is going to disappear with the instruments redesign. hmm.

It's really a good suggestion. Hope muse office take action on this issue. Although there may be some difficult to handle the software conflict in different instrument staffs.
