Cant open file

I have this problem when i try to open this file that my friend has made for me, i'm not sure of what the problem precisely is, because i don't use musecore to create and open files that often, i usually get sheet music in terms of pdf, though my muscesore should be the newest version so is my friend's. I kinda want to know whether its my problem or the file's problem.
