Uploading problem

Everything on Musescore itself looks fine, even when I upload. However, when I upload, with or without my synth settings, two things happen. Either the score appears as a blank white page on the website, or I can't play it if it does display (this includes an mp3 file with no content when trying to get the audio file from the website). Could anybody help me upload this?
