Audio to Airpods Pro

I am revisiting a composition I wrote last year and there is no sound being played through my airpods pro. I tried connecting before opening Musescore and tried just about every possible combination in the I/O and yet I hear nothing. I have also looked in my laptop's mixer to see if it was there, but nothing. I genuinely have no idea what to do next. I am running Musescore 3 on windows 10. What do I do??
