Can you provide more information? You have installed MuseScore on the Chromebook, then you save files, but are not sure where they are saving? Where have you looked? MuseScore on Chromebook normally runs as a Linux app, so you'd normally find them somewhere under your "Linux files", but only you would know exactly what folder you saved them to. The default would be Documents/MuseScore3/Scores, though. See Edit / Preferences / General to see the full path.

If Linux files is truly empty, then I am guessing you did not install the actual MuseScore Linux app, maybe instead you installed the viewer/player app for Android? If the MuseScore Linux app is installed, you should see at the very least a Documents folder, under that MuseScore3, under that Scores, etc.

Could also be a partial Linux crash has occurred and you may need to reboot to see your files again. That’s happened to me a couple of times.
