Stolen Transcription Assistance

So a couple of years ago when i made my profile, I was going to dedicate it to making full transcriptions of some of the most famous classical pieces, one of them being Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro Overture. I made my transcription, posted it, along with a few others, then later decided I wanted to switch gears. I deleted all my scores to pursue a different project. Then a while later, maybe a month or so, I was searching for scores to listen to, and I ran across a Figaro Overture score that had a very similar thumbnail to my old one. I clicked on it, and found that it was a literal copy and repost of mine. Here is the link to the score: https://musescore.com/user/28639224/scores/5369071. Now the thing is, I was a little younger back then, and only thought "Dang it, bastard stole my transcription," and just moved on with my life. But now, two years later, I started thinking about it again, and was wondering if I could take any action on it. If I can, I have a small amount of evidence that could possibly prove it was mine first. But if nothing can be done, then its no issue. I just want to get this off my chest now. I understand that its not an original work so "stealing" may not be viable for it, but I'd at least like some direction on what to do. Thanks.
