How to I request a refund?

I signed up for the free trial a month ago, and forgot that I created the account since I never use it. I was charged $49 today because I forgot to cancel the trial. How do I get a refund? I already sent about 5 e-mails to support@musescore.com, and I used the form on musescore.com to message them but got no response. How am I supposed to contact anyone? This is such a scam
