Is it possible to change element properties in all parts automatically?
I wonder if there is a way to change colors, head group, small and other notes/texts/lines... properties in all parts automatically, while doing it in the main part.

No, most of these are considered layout and as such not synced between score and parts.
Unless... you (delete and re)create that parts after those changes to the main score, then those get copied

Giving more control over linking and unlinking those has been discussed.

Ok, it was just a suggestion.
There are things that should be linked by default in my opinion, like note head which may represent ghost notes/percussion. Probably this has been discussed too.

the difference is content vs. layout/appearance, the former needs to be linked (like duration and pitch of a note), always, the latter should not be linked (like whether a note is visible or plays back, or a text size or font), but there are situations were you may want them being linked.

changed noted heads are not though. Change the drumset definition of you need to show a different sound
Note though that MuseScore 2.x is history and a dead end road since about 1 1/2 year, we're at 3.4.5 meanwhile, 3.5 being available shortly
