The written instructions mention QT 5.12 several times, but the screenshot shows QT 5.9.8 selected for installation. Can somebody confirm which is correct: QT 5.12 or QT 5.9?

If the answer is QT 5.12, which sub-version should I choose? The latest is 5.12.8.

Somewhere in the developer's handbook, I recall reading that MuseScore is still using Qt 5.9, because of a requirement to remain compatible with older macOS versions. (sorry I can't find the exact page right now). Is this still true, or is QT 5.12 now OK?
Any info you can provide is appreciated...

The released versions use Qt 5.9 (indeed to be able to support macOS 10.10 and 10.11) and not the latest of those (but very well could and probably should). 5.12 does work too (if on macOS 10.12 or later), I'd use the latest, 5.12.8.
