I deleted a triplet in the next bar over and now nothing makes sense.

Looks corrupt to me, but impossible to tell for sure without seeing the real score
a picture with the triplet , please .... the 2nd ligne is corrupted , the 16 th note must be an eight note with a 5/4 time signature because 5 times. With the 16 th note it's imposible, for 4/4 and for 5/4
