Unwanted space between 2 staves.
Have tried to change using layout options but two staves (between bars 104 and 114) always have an extra gap to all the others?
Global change does not fix the problem.

Check m113 and m118.
You seem to have accidentally dragged the middle quarter rest from m113 downwards and it appears just above m118. As the rest is from m113 MuseScore tries to keep it within that "system" and thus increases the space there.
Select the rest and reset its position (Ctrl-R) to fix your issue
