How can I delete or extract one voice in a staff to get it separately?

Hi!
I have a choir sheet with 3 staffs (soprano, alto and male voices). The male voices are divided into tenor and bass part. Now I want to create a score where these parts are separated in different staffs. The only option I see is to mark one part, delete it and then manually delete all the pauses. That's just too much work!
I don't see the other way either where I'd just mark the tenor part then copy and paste it into another score without the bass. Am I missing something?
