How to change instruments on percussion tracks
Sorry, this may be a very elementar question, but I couldn't solve it...
1. I have a drumset staff with several instruments.
2. I extracted (via selection filter) one of the instruments, let's say, a cymbal.
3. I created a new single instrument staff for tablas.
4. I pasted the selection on the new tablas staff.
5. But it still plays as cymbals, even if tablas appears in the mixer and in the staff properties
6. I cannot find any way to change the sound to tablas.
If necessary I can post the file

Thank you. In the editor the staff is already mapped correctly to tablas (conga). When I add new notes they play correctly. But when I paste my selection it remains as cymbals.

Ok, I figured it. Just lowered the note and it became waht I wanted. Thank you!
