My NEW PIECE (In-Progress)

So, I'm working on a piece currently, entitled "A Broken Promise," originally it got corrupted, and I had to start from an old save, which I figured out how to do that after somebody helped me. And, I just want thoughts, please be honest! Although, in measure 38-40, I'm not sure if the transition is good, a bit of outsider comment might help!
