schumann album for the young public domain

I uploaded a transcription of Schumann's Op. 68 no. 8 to musescore.com. For some reason it thinks that most of Schumann's work is public domain, but not this one. Any reason why? Or is this just a bug in musescore's database? [ Schumann died in 1856, so his works are public domain by my understanding ]
