Sure, it works just fine exactly like that.
However, audio may or may not work. If you start MuseScore after starting Zoom, it has a better chance. You can also go to Edit / Preferences / I/O within MuseScore and select Zoom as the output device if that is an option (it's different on every system). Or you may need to rely on your microphone picking up the speaker sound.
