This is a feature I've been wanting for a while ever since I joined the MuseScore community.

When I'm editing a score (mainly marching band or clarinet choir/septet) I want to add notes which are in octaves and then put stave/staff text on to a certain note, in which then if you put "tacet first time" or "lower notes first time" then the score would read the text as it's playing and follow the what you put.

I think this would be a great feature for band members on this community as not having this feature would take up so many pages of music for the conductor and the player.

If you mean you would like the builin playback to be able to read and understand every possible instrument you type in, that's no very likely. Siri can't even do that and they have a whole team of people working on that.

However, some limited form of being able to specify that certainly notes are to be played 2nd time only or whatever is certainly possible and is a common request, probably that will happen someday.
