I lose my Palletes and Inspector boxes! Please help me.
While I was editing a sheet music, I clicked on this part of the Palletes, then my palletes disappeared. I didn't understand if it was really that spot that caused that, so I did it again on the inspector box, and guess what... the same happened.
I can~t edit my songs like before anymore, please please, someone help me, this program was saving me from a lot of hand working.

Help > Revert to factory settings ?
They didn't disappear but you've undocked them. They should be floating around somewhere as a separate window now (perhaps even on a different screen).
Locate them and double click their title to re-dock them. If you for some reason can't find them, then a reset to factory defaults would work as well (but is a bit more drastic)
It also looks from your screenshot that MuseScore was unable to correctly detect your monitor resolution (tiny palette icons, large zoom setting). Consider running it with the -D dpi command line option to force feed it your real screen resolution
