Add double bar at the beginning of measure (new section)

I've seen posts asking about this, but none of the suggestions work, at least for 3.x. In jazz charts, it is pretty standard to use double bars at the end of a section (e.g. 'A') and at the beginning of the next section (e.g. 'B'). If there is a way to do this, please let me know, otherwise, I'd like to suggest this as a feature request. Here is an example from a Hal Leonard Real Book.
