Copy, cut and paste in note input mode?

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.2.9788, revision: 148e43f

1. Open the attached score.
2. Click on a note in the first chord and enter note input mode.
3. Press Shift + UP arrow to select the notes in all voices.
4. Use the Copy command, then navigate, still in note input mode, to the empty measure and attempt to paste.

Expected result: The chord is pasted.
Actual result: Nothing happens. Same if you try to copy a single note.

Since it is possible to select a single note or chord in note input mode in order, say, to delete or transpose, perhaps it should also be possible to copy, cut and paste the same?
