Suggestion: Separate zoom/page view tool buttons from file operations buttons
The handbook lists "File Operations" and "Zoom/Page View" as separate toolbars:

However, on MS 3.4.2 they appear to be single toolbar. It would be nice if these could be separate so that I could hide the "File Operations" toolbar as I never use it.

Page View settings are stored in the file, so is a file operation. Zoom though is not

Is it possible to set up keyboard shortcuts for "Zoom to Page Width" and "Zoom to Preferences Default"?

The first one will be in 3.5.0 (and is already in the beta).
The second one is a good idea and I will keep it in mind for the post-3.5.0 timeframe.
