Cross-voice and cross-staff arpeggio

The arpeggio feature is wonderful, specially because we can choose in the inspector the speed that the notes will be arpeggiated. However it's very common in keyboard music to play notes that are in different voices and even in different staves using arpeggio, in one or both hands. Currently I simulate it using the piano roll editor, that is a very laborious task.
Can you, please, adjust the arppegio in such a way that it can be linked to notes in different voices and in different staves, in case of grand staff, not only visually, but also that when doing this, all of them be arpeggiated?
