What file exactly?
Does #287955: In Windows Explorer, files with special characters in filepath don't open when double-clicked apply? If so 3.5 Beta has the cure

Standard MuseScore files with ".mscz" extension.

Just normal ascii filenames? Or Chinese character? Error on double clicking the file but not when using File > Open?

I don't know.
You said install MuseScore 3.5 Beta. Now I uninstalled MuseScore and I Can not install MuseScore 3.5 Beta.
I get this error;
"Installation directory must be on a local hard drive."
???

Nobody told you to uninstall MuseScore.
3.5Beta is ... still a Beta, not supposed to fully replace and earlier MuseScore 3.x version

You don't know what the filename is??? OK, then MuseScore won't know either ;-)

I installed BETA version with this method. (I forgot I did this before.)

What is the actual fully-qualified path name? (For example,
C:\Users\Foo\Documents\MuseScore3\Scores\Bar.mscz
.)What specific action are you taking to open the file?
