Crashing at Launching
I´ve been using the software for three months and never had an problem. It was working perfectly.
A couple days ago it began crashing at opening and keep crashing after trying to reopen.

Trying installing the 3.5 release candidate (see Download menu above). If that doesn't fix it already, probably a factory reset will - see the Handbook for instruments on how to "revert factory settings".

Thanks Marc. I installed the 3.5 and seems to work well.
Should I uninstall the 3.4?
May I ask why the 3.4.2 stop working?

Maybe a score with corrupt parts? 3.5 is more tolerant on those

Oh I see! it makes sense. I deal with that during the first weeks of working the software, tough never had that problem (the corrupt parts) once I got into the right protocols.
Now is working great!
