4/4 to 6/8?

Piece is in 4/4 but almost entirely eighth triplets. How change to 6/8
and leave everything alone except take out the triplet signs. This is a
midi transfer from Sonar so not perfect.

Hoping there is a quick fix otherwise have to rewrite the whole thing. This is just an example. The piece is up to 30 measures or so
